email templates language

Hi guzs,

I want to create some filter (or any other way if you know) so that if email comes to one email address to use EN language, but if it comes to another email address to use some other lang (email template).

So far i managed to get filter to work based on TO field, but i dont know how to make aciton to use different templates (for eg i can change priority, or department, but cannot change template set).

Any ideas?

Use both languages in one template.

You can set a System Email to have a particular Department. You can then configure that Department to include the specific Template Set you want. You wouldn't need a filter, just when mail is fetched from that System Email it will use whatever Template Set is configured for the Department.
