I have recently come across osticket and have run a trial with it for a few weeks and am looking at rolling it out to provide support for my customers. I am currently also looking at implementing a news publishing system, but would prefer to roll out 1 system that did everything rather than 2 systems with different usernames and passwords.
Is there any easy way of integrating or upgrading osticket to provide news publishing using the same login details? I would ideally like to restrict certain users to providing support only, while others could post news items and provide support to customers...
