Similar to how clients can reply by email, it would be cool if Staff could respond to email as well.

Any news on this? Would make my weekend staffs job much easier. Is there anything you need to make this happen quicker? Can I help in anyway?

Just FYI, with osTicket 1.7.1.2, staff can reply to the alert emails and create internal notes.
