I need to configure osTicket to create a ticket automatically when an e-mail is sent to the support.
I looked on the Forum but nothing helped me a lot.
I am using version 1.7. Help me :)

Need to know what your email server is, GMAIL? Exchange? Hotmail?
Plus you will need to setup a Cron job if your using cpanel or a task if its a windows server.

On the server osTicket is installed you need to make the cronjob, Do you have cpanel hosting? or Windows based webserver?

I am using cpanel and getting same issue in osticket 1.7.We are using Gmail for email server .Please help me.
What if I use Exchange !? what settings should be done there in order for the automatic creation of ticket to work ?
