Hi, everyone. Our managers want to receive emails when new ticket is created. So I need to send three emails(excluding admin and department manager). Could you please help me to modify class.ticket.php so i can send more emails? Thanks in advance.
It would probably be easier for you to create a email list on your email server, and set the department email to the mailing list. Put the managers on the email list.
