    It happened when i upgraded from 1.9 to 1.12

    osTicket Version v1.12.2 (a5d898b)
    Web Server Software Apache
    MySQL Version 5.5.60
    PHP Version 7.3.8

      It's likely PHP 7.3. Try down grading to 7.2.
