Morning everyone,
I've been in the process of trying to get OSticket up and running for our non-profit and I cannot seem to get email fetching to work properly. Auto-Cron works fine, but when our staff goes extended periods of time without logging in, that is not a long-term solution.
We have the following settings:
- Fetching Email via IMAP or POP: Enabled
- Mail Box Protocol: IMAP + SSL (set up to the settings of Office 365).
- Fetch Frequency: 10 Min.
- Emails per Fetch: 10.
- Email Fetching: Enabled.
- Fetch on auto-cron: Disabled.
- The permissions of the cron.php is set to 755.
