I was wondering if anyone was able to help me in setting up a delay from when an autoresponse gets sent out to new tickets. I am using v1.11 and would like new tickets to get an autoresponse 20 minutes after the ticket gets created.

If anyone could provide me with the code or help guide me on this that would be great 🙂

    azazel I don't think this is possible... you can change the autoresponse using filters, or turn it off completely, but I'm not aware of any method of delaying it.

    Obligatory "you're running an EOL version of osTicket and really should upgrade" comment here, but that won't affect this issue.
