Here is my dashboard information:

Fresh install on CentOS7. One department, set the department to the default. Create a new ticket, and it does not appear in the open queue:

However, if I go into the admin side and "Preview" the queue, I see them. How do I get them to appear on the main agent panel?

Your version of PHP is not sufficient to run osTicket 1.12.2
Please upgrade to at least 5.6. I recommend 7.3.

I updated to php 7 but now the site does not work at all...

Well your webserver is not parsing php for some reason.

try re-installing the PHP and restart the apache

Did a fresh install and now it is working with a supported version of PHP. Thanks for your help!
