Hi everyone,
I have installed the New osTicket 1.12.2 on an IIS 10.0. PHP Version is 7.3.8 and mySQL is 8.0.17.
Following Question:
I added two Tickets to my Department and deleted them later again.
Now I just saw that my Dashbaord shows me that there are 2 Open Tickets...
If I look in the Database Table ost_tickets there is Nothing. Everything NULL
So can someone explain me where those two Open Tickets come from?
