I just got our data base restored onto a new server. Everything seems to be in place except for tickets. pre-existing tasks are there, agents are there, and users are there. But tickets are NOT there. Even if I create a new ticket, it allows me to create it, but when I return to the dashboard, there are no tickets, not even the one I had just created. For the life of me, I cant figure out why? any ideas?
