We are testing out OSTicket to replace Lotus/IBM Notes and we are moving everything to Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams. Is there a way to connect OSTicket to Sharepoint or has anyone made a connector for Microsoft Teams? We are using v1.12.2. We dont have it connected to our LDAP yet but looking forward to possibilities.
