Hi, I've recently installed OS ticket, I've enabled strip quoted reply and it works perfectly to remove the ticket tread, however, it still comes up the replying info above the reply separator tag like

Sent: Monday, August 12, 2019 8:05 PM
To: ***
Subject: [ *** ] Re: Broken
Any way to strip those lines?
My clients mostly use outlook 2016
