Hello everyone,
I'm setting up osTicket for my company. I created multiple categories to choose during the ticket creation procedure. But now, I need some of these categories to be visible of selectable only for a group of users. So I created a new organization where I included a limited number of users that have to access to these categories. Sadly, I didn't find an option to make every category visible only to some organizations. Is it possible?

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.

I warmly welcome. Is such functionality planned? I can already see several posts on forum about using osticket to service for many companies or many clients. This would be useful functionality.
