Using %{ticket.due_date} without time

Hellos! Is there any way, in canned responses and email templates, for %{ticket.due_date} to only show the date and not the date and time? Or is this is something I'll have to mod in?

Not that I am aware of.

Doing so would also be grossly inaccurate.

Not to worry. We're using osTicket to do the communication/tracking leg-work for some polling software - the end date for the polls is always at midnight, but obviously tickets (which we then use to create the polls) come in at any time so there is a mismatch when we're communicating the end-date of the polls back to the user.

We can just delete out the time in any canned response for this type of scenario 😅
