Hi there! We have a new datetimepicker as i saw. But we have a problem with time format. AM/PM not apply for Russian Federation, we are using 00..23 system hours. This works good on 1.12 version, but 1.12.2 version has incorrect time format for us, how we can to fix it? Thank you!
Hi there! I confirm there is a problem. For some reason, the 24-hour time format does not work. Even if you choose for example 10 am, it is still set at 5 am. I tried to change various settings in the js file, it is useless. Help solve the problem please.

The DateTime Picker works just fine. Even the 24 hour set time works. You can type in 13:01 in the Time section and it will translate to 01:01 PM as it should. I do agree however that we need to show the time in 24 hour format (if selected in the System Settings).
13:01
Time
01:01 PM
Cheers.
KevinTheJedi yep Kevin, you are right, but it should show time in 24 hour format (if this selected in preferences). Clients will be misunderstood with 12h format.
Then why if I choose 10:00 AM or any other time the system sets 05:00 after clicking Done?
ostc_user maybe this row contain timezone different from UTC, check this
init_ Yes, next to the calendar icon in brackets is +5. However, I do not quite understand how this affects the choice of the time setting.
ostc_user if you are set this row to UTC timezone in management panel - this will work well. Now this row using client side timezone as i see.
Hello,
I confirm that the 24-hour format is working on tickets pages display (1.12.2) :
but when modifying a date , the AM/PM format is used :
It could be deceptive for end users.
Re-updated the system to the latest release and now the date is displayed as it should. Usually I update manually only changed files that are listed on github, as I made my edits to the source code, but it turns out there are not all updated files, they then had a problem.
