This is very simple. You go to Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Queues > click on desired Queue. Now, you can go to the Columns tab, click the Add a Column dropdown, and select Add New.

Here you will set Primary Data Source to Help Topic, give the new Column a name like Help Topic, and click Save.

Lastly you will click Add next to the dropdown and click Save Changes.

After this you should see the Help Topic Column on the desired Queue. You will also be able to use this new Column on any Queue without having to create it every time.
