I just found out my own way on the case "how to make an Queue which should work as ActivityStream"

I have only few problems:

  1. I think that in Queue should be new additional column "Closed by"
  2. How to make the GUI more Responsive - I mean that Header Width should fit the browser resolution, or at least have the same width as TableClass="list queue tickets"

Is this possible to make this happen?

Problem #3
Why "Last updated" is not changed when an agent is making internal note ?

Problem #4:
Why "Last updated" is not changed when an agent assign or transfer a ticket ?

Problem #5:
Is any column which is showing date of any last change in the ticket ?

Anybody know any way to fix all this problems ?

I have made few more investigation
it seems that
"Last update" = last user/client post
"Last response" = last agent post

But in my understanding the "Last update" should mean any change maked in this ticket.

So my question is in Problem #5:

Whether in osTicket Queue, can be added column which is showing date of any kind/type change in the ticket ?
To be more precice:
I mean any kind of activity which update Ticket state (user/client post, agent post, internal note added, status changed, ticket transfered to department, ticket assigned to teams, ticket assigned to agent, ticket was edited, colaborators added .... just date of the last activity/change notified in this ticket).
