Hi, in most of the support systems you find a rating system to let customers know how the answer was on the ticket. I found some older plugins who aren't working anymore. Is there a plugin available for this?

I'm not aware of a plugin or mod for this for contemporary versions. You could do what we used to do which is create a canned response with a link to an external feedback form (to suck as Survey monkey or something like that).

ntozier That sounds like a solution but ... how do we link the answer to a ticket?

Most polling software have a way to do that. It's usually involved with passing the ticket number to the polling form via url. You would have to read the documentation for the survey software that you choose to see if it has that capability.

Someone who have this live yet with Google Forms or Surveymonkey? I am not technical so any help will be useful. Thanks in advance!

Not anymore.

But if I remember correctly we created a hidden field on the form.
The canned response had verbiage about please take two minutes to fill out the survey. We built the link in the canned response to be something like:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/your_survey?n=feedback&tick=%{ticket.number}
