I have a question not related to osTicket but to this forum engine. I have here single account. But my friends and few of my co worker also have here account. How I can follow all post created by those particular users ?
I do not know if you can. I'll ask the dev thats in charge of the forums and get back to you.

Unfortunately, they do not have the ability to follow Users yet. This has been talked about in their community for quite some time so maybe someone will develop the extension?
