Emails not coming into osTicket

osTicket Version v1.12.1 (a8c4f57)
Web Server Software LiteSpeed
MySQL Version 10.1.40
PHP Version 5.6.40
Running cron

I can see the emails as unread through webmail client and then the go to read but no emails are appearing in osTicket.

Please upgrade to 1.12.2.
You also might want to upgrade your PHP 5.6 is pretty ancient.
Litespeed is not a supported webserver. I don't think that is your problem though.

What are your settings at: Admin panel -> Emails -> Settings
is Email Fetching enabled?

How are you calling cron?
Do you have the email configured at: Admin panel -> Emails -> Emails?
What are your settings?
