[resolved] Adding status 'Pending'

Hi, we're using v1.11 (7b1eee8)

I managed to add the status pending and it seems to work only partially. I'm able to change the status of a ticket from open to pending. When we open that ticket it also shows pending, but it does not appear in the
pending list. Instead it is moved from open ticket list to closed ticket list. What have I done wrong or forgotten?

CCV We found the solution in Settings/tickets/queues/search criteria.
There was a mistake in the search criteria, which has been solved now.

First of all 1.11 is no longer supported. Please upgrade to 1.12.2 immediately.

To answer your question, look at your Pending Status.
Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Ticket Statuses
Click on Pending.
Click the Item Properties tab.
You have it set to "Closed".
Change it to "Open".

the upgrade will be done by our IT department. Thanks for the information.
Regarding the ticket status, I already checked this but it really shows "open" (see attached pictures)

Anything else to check/change in the settings?
