Hi, My name is Vibhor. I am working OS tickets for one of my clients.
We need there order ID field setup as required for all help topics except one "Pre-sale Inquiry" type of tickets.
For this type of tickets with need order ID field to be non-required.
I have tried to configure it from admin account of OS ticket but there is no such option.
I am good with PHP code. But not tried it on OS ticket before.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
