I have a question I hope isn't too hard. We have added Users and assigned them to their appropriate Organization. When setting up the Organization we filled in the Organization fields of Address, Phone, Website & Internal notes.
However when one of our Agents opens a ticket the only information on the ticket is Organization name (listed in the box with Status, Priority, Department, Create Date, User, Email, Organization & Source).
How can the agent get in to the Organization information to view the Address, Phone, Website, etc... ? To be honest the only field we actually need them to check is Website. I'd love to add the Organization Website Field to somewhere on the page the Agent is viewing but if at a minimum they could access this information that would be super!
