Summary Report

Is there a way to get a summary or report of all the Tickets that have been opened/closed/resolved?
I can't seem to find anything like that in the Admin Panel (and I have no idea where to go looking for plugins)

The best in stock osTicket is the Dashboard.
Agent panel -> Dashboard
note: your Agent account needs permission to see other Agents stats. Admin panel -> Agents -> your account -> Permissions tab, -> Miscellaneous tab. see "Stats".

There is also the third party plugin called Reports plugin (not free) sold by software-mods that we use where I work for better reports.
