Hi, can you help me with this issue?

While uploading files from 8mb to 8,80mb osTicket doesn't give me an alert and the site just refresh, not uploading the files.

Surpassed that 8,80mb limit the system notifies correctly about the file size update limit.

1.9 is no longer supported. I would recommend that you upgrade to a contemporary version. 1.12 (or less recommended 1.10.6.)
