Hi there.
I have my agent signature defined, and it's included by default on replies. This seems to work because when I send a test email to my helpdesk, I can see that the signature does actually get included in the reply that I receive to my test email address.
When I log onto the staff control panel and look at the ticket thread, however, the signature doesn't show up. Also, if the customer clicks the link in their email to view the ticket thread online, the signature doesn't show up there either.
Is there any way to make the signature appear in the thread on the SCP as well as the online customer view?
I have the following setup:
osTicket v1.12 (a076918)
Apache 2.4.29 (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version 5.7.26
PHP Version 7.2.19-0ubuntu0.18.04.1
