Email not working.

osTicket Version: v1.12
MySQL Version: 10.1.40
PHP Version: 7.3.5
Operating System: Window Server 2012 R2
-Error shown:
Unable to email via SMTP:smtp.gmail.com:587 [my email address] Failed to set sender: (my email address) [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 530, response: 5.5.1 Authentication Required. Learn more at 5.5.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=WantAuthError e11sm22012257pfm.35 - gsmtp)]

I already set up an email and it worked normally. Then after few days, this error come out and the system does not send out email at all. After that, I tried set up a new email. and it worked fine. but this problem occur all over again. Please help me. I already contact with Google Suite, and they said they'll get back to me as soon as they can.

It may be due to your PHP version, you should be using PHP version 7.2
Also, your error says "code: 530, response: 5.5.1 Authentication Required" so it could be permission

osTicket tries to use SMTP that you setup first.
If it fails, then it tries to use PHPMail.
The error you provided tells me that it is trying to use the SMTP that you setup, but that it was rejected by the mailserver because authentication is not enabled on the connection. I would recommend that you look at your SMTP setup and make sure that authentication is turned on.
