I am using latest v1.12 (a076918).
It exists one ticket from user with name forename1 surename1 with email forename1.surename1@gmail.com. The ticket is from today.
If I start a search with "forename1 surename1" (with the double quote), the ticket system found exactly this one ticket. No more tickets.
If I start the search without the double quote with sorting "Created" descending I supposed that the ticket is on top. But it isn't. In fact the ticket is not shown in one of the 10 pages of the search result. This is a bug, isn't it?
If I export the search result it exports about 21000 rows. This single ticket is three times in the exported data set. I am a little bit confused about that.
As far as I understand the keyword based search function, it does an "or" search by default. Is this correct?
