I use a gmail account as the default system email, then I try to send several emails to test ticket creation, it just work properly, all received email automatically create a ticket on the system.

Then I change to use another email address of a local mail server (in other network) as the default system email. Although all of the test emails are received (using Outlook to check), Less than half of the test emails automatically create a ticket on the system.

Can anyone give me some suggestions please?

Cable I'm not sure if this will affect your issue, but osTicket 1.12 requires at least PHP 5.6 (7.2 is recommended). Are you able to upgrade and try again?

Also Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets: Maximum Open Tickets.
What do you have it set to?

Thanks for your reply RBGE & ntozier
I finally fixed the above issue, it's just a wrong configuration on local mail server.

Cable Good to hear the issue is sorted ? Remember, if you haven't already done so you'll still need to update PHP otherwise other problems will be encountered!
