Good morning all Osticket team.
I have Osticket installed in my synology nas server (latest version), all works ok but sometimes the email stops working and I get a bunch of log errors around email sending and email fetching. We work with email server from GoDaddy. Errors look like this:
Mail Fetch Failure Alert: osTicket is having trouble fetching emails from the following mail account: User: xx@xx.com Host: pop.secureserver.net Error: No such host as pop.secureserver.net 12 consecutive errors. Maximum of 5 allowed This could be connection issues related to the mail server. Next delayed login attempt in aprox. 10 minutes
Mailer Error: Unable to email via SMTP:smtpout.secureserver.net:25 [xx@xx.com] Failed to set sender: xx@xx.com [SMTP: Failed to write to socket: not connected (code: -1, response: )]
* Mailer Error: Unable to email via php mail function: "Agent Name" mail() returned failure
Any insight or help is greatly appreciated.
