Yes, the plugin is enabled. It's generates an empty folder in selected attachment folder every time that I receive an attachment (see the first post picture). So, also, I suppose that the permissions of the folder are also correct, since the plugin is capable of creating those folders...
The attachments works in the ticket UI, but I suspect that they are still stored in the database, since the attached files do not appear in any folder...
