when I try to add a primary contact in the organization settings and press enter, it doesn't work, if I click on the field it just go blank again as if I didn't write anything, what could it be?
I already tried more browser but it's always the same.

Please upgrade to a supported version 1.12 and re-test.

    hi, how and where can I check these? if I go in the cpanel, the error page doesn't show anything, if I go in osticket folder and I check the error log, I only have this error that repeats all the days but that doesn't seem to have anything to do with this organization problem:
