Hello everyone.
I had some trouble: on our site we had a feedback form iwth fields like: "Subject", "Your Name", "E-mail", "Message".
Ofcource, it is sending e-mail to our support mail from the other service mail, somethinl like this:
Created by: Info (info@companyname.com)
Subject: Test Ticket
Message: //this is a body of mail below
Sended at monday, Jule 1, 2019 - 17:06
Your name: Test
E-mail: test@test123.ru
Subject: Test ticket
Message:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetur adipisicing elit. Veritatis ducimus
voluptatibus odit aliquam tenetur fugiat culpa nihil, quo doloremque, quam,
corporis nesciunt sint beatae et molestiae animi. Porro, vel et...
Ofc, when tech support specialist answer to that ticket, he's answer will be send to service mail (info@companyname.com in this example).
Is there any way to parse body of message (by regexp, for example), get e-mail and set it to author of the ticket?
Version we are using is v1.10.1
