Hi Guys,
We have a particular customer that's sending in new tickets (via email) that's reopening old unrelated tickets from 2018! (same customer).
It's only happening to this particular customer.
I've looked at email headers of both emails and from my understanding they have different 'message IDs'.
They also have different subjects.
Any suggestions?
