we would like to be able to assign a "admin-user" for every user, that can access all tickets of his "subusers".

background: we have different companys that open tickets from different mail-adresses, but some of this companys should be able to define one mail-adress, that has access to all tickets of their colleges. one option would be, that they always add this mail-adress in CC when they open a ticket, but this will not work in daily usage, so it would be fine, if we would be able to control this in the backend.

Agent Panel -> Users -> Organizations
Create an Organization.
Add users to the Organization.
Click on the Organization
Click on the Organization name (again)
Click on the Settings Tab
Add Primary Contact for the Organization.
Set Ticket Sharing.

wow, this is awesome! thanks alot.
can i change this ticket to a bug-report? unfortunatelly, it is not possible to assing a organisation to multiple contacts, that are selected with the checkbox in the user-search-result. if i click on "more options", choose the organisation and click on "assign", the dialog close, but nothing happens and the organisation is not assigend to the selected users.

What version of osTicket are you running?
Also what webserver (and ver) and PHP ver are you running??
I just went in and added three Primary Contacts to one of my Organizations and it worked just fine.
Primary Contacts does not have check boxes so I'm not sure that you mean.

osTicket v1.12
PHP 7.0
Server version: Apache/2.4.25 (Debian)
Server built: 2019-04-02T19:05:13

Seems to work one at a time. (If you view the user and click add Organization)
Multiples users adding does not appear to work for me either.
