i have download the plugins from github using [ git clone ] and i have copied all the file to [ /var/www/html/include/plugins ] and i restart my apatche2 i still can't see the plugins in osticket all the file are [ .php ] extintion any help

[ SOLVED ] the problem i couldn't download the files in the right location i used putty pscp tools to transfer files from my windows to my ubuntu server and copied the file in the correct location everything working now thank you.....
