G'day, I haven't been using osTicket for a while but recently I've installed osTicket v1.11 and noticed that there are only "agents", "roles", "teams" and "departments" options in 'Admin Panel' -> 'Agents Tab'. Where did 'groups' go? It was quite a good option for enhancing access control. I need to migrate several old instances of osTicket where this option was actively used and quite honestly don't know how to work around it...
