I'm attempting to update OSTicket to 1.12 from 1.10.4 and the upgrade instructions say to rename the config.php file. However, I don't appear to have this file and it's not in the current package. Suggestions on what I should do to get this to update?

What directions are you following?
config.php was renamed to ost-config.php back in like 1.7 or 1.8.
I is located in the /include folder.

When I switch back to my UI, I can get to the admin panel. However, it still says I'm on 1.10.4 and doesn't appear to recognize the upgrade.

You are not running 1.6 RC1-RC2.
