anitasari There's an autocron feature which will run whenever an agent is active on the system, but this means nothing will trigger if no agents are logged in (for example, overnight if you're not a 24/7 operation). Everything will resume the next time an agent logs in though.
If you need the cron to run 24/7, then you're looking at a cron job or task scheduler (depending on OS) to do it.
