Hello.

I tried to locate help in the forum discussions, but I didn't find anything like it.

Our problem is that the OSticket does not allow access to it. I got it by logging in as administrator; but once inside it only shows me the upgrade.php page and a message at the top indicating that there are pending system updates.

In config.php the system is not offline.

Right now we do not want to update the application, since we have some modification made and with the version we have is enough for our ticket system.

How can we make OSticket go out of update mode and we can continue working normally?

The OSticket version is: 1.9.14 (version 94)

Thank you very much in advance.

You appear to have two versions numbers. 1.9.4 and followed by (Version 94) There is no such version as that which has ever been released. Also 1.9 is no longer supported.

If you are logging in and seeing the update page then you need to click the update button to continue. The only time that happens is if your database is really borked or is gone (and you will see the installer) or if someone over wrote the files with a new version it presents the upgrader.

You can download that last 1.9 version here:
    https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/releases/tag/v1.9.16
It was released in 2017. I would recommend that you upgrade to current (1.12) and at least PHP 5.6 though. There have been a log of security holes closed and features added to the product

If you cannot upgrade then I recommend that you restore your site files from backup and see if that helps. If it does not then restore the DB from backup also and see if that fixes the issue.
