Yesterday on our osticket our custom logo and backdrop logo from SCP didn't appear. I were translating osticket but anything yesterday that could break logo, backdrop and also attachments.. when we try to attach something, its disappear fast so couldn't stay at thread ticket.

I would recommend that you restore the core files from the download archive.
What are those core files..?

Done, now I can attach, view logo and backdrop too, I don't know what happened but now its right.
