If the user open a new Ticket he must put his Telefonnumber in the contact information. But if I look at the ticket there is no telefonnumber.
Osticket Version: v1.12 Windows Server 2016 with IIS 10.0 MySQL. 8.0.16 PHP: 7.2.18
Phone number is shown, if you click on user name.
