internal dummy connection

Hello,

I managed to install osticket, but after connecting to the URL the message appears: The connection has been restarted, attached image:

When reviewing access.log you see the following:

The versions of installed packages are

CentOS 7.6.1810
Apache 2.4.6
MySQL 5.7.26
PHP 7.0.33

Please if you can help me solve my problem

I have no idea, I have never seen a "dummy connection" before.

The first thing I would try would be to restart apache to see if it helps.

sudo systemctl restart httpd.service

Sounds like a webserver configuration issue. I also have not seen this before. Are you running SELinux?

Thanks for your answer, the apache is fine because other applications work fine.

Regarding selinux is disabled.

Do you need some configuration file to share it?

The internal dummy connection generally isn't anything to worry about: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/HTTPD/InternalDummyConnection - I suspect the issue here will be something else. Generally it would be in the config file for the site/virtual host itself, although you may want to be wary of posting that file here as it may contain info you don't want to share to the whole world!
