How to add ticket source

Currently ticket source has three options: email, phone, other. How do we add additional sources?

osTicket Version v1.10.1
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 10.2.24
PHP Version 7.1.30

This comes up about once a year or so.

Someone posted instructions not too long ago.

In short, you have to add entries in your database and then also modify include/class.ticket.php.
