Yes, it works with 1.12 - I'm using it here. Setup is fairly simple, so to install it just place it in include/plugins and click the 'Add new plugin' button (as detailed at https://docs.osticket.com/en/latest/Admin/Manage/Plugins.html )
Once it's installed, just set up your domain, DNS and ldap details as shown below (obviously not my real info here ? )
Despite the fact it claims only the top section is required for AD, I found it didn't work until all details were filled in ?
