Hey people!
I created a new form to be filled when the user to open a new ticket, but the value inserted in this form dont show it to the agent.

Where can i find this data or how can i config it?

If it is not populated when the ticket is created then it isn't displayed.

If as an agent you want to add it afterwards you would apply the form to the ticket. When viewing a ticket click on More -> Manage Forms. And then edit the ticket to populate the field.

Let me explain the case better. The user fill the form, because it is obrigatory, I`ve config in this way that you said, but i dont know where i can see this information in the ticket, had cases where the user filled the form and then I didnt find the data, it wasnt in anywhere. What I would like to know is when the user fill this form where it show up in the opend ticket?
