Is this a typo from the marketing team, or was it a stealth patch? I was under the impression that this wasn't actually functionality in osticket yet:
"Business Hours" for SLAs per the website?
This might be a thing in Support System (supportsystem.com) but it is not in the free self hosted version at this time.

Hmm... they might want to remove it from the osticket.com website then, and put it on the supportsystem.com one, because it's misleading. I actually told my team that the open source edition does have this functionality based on this info, which I suppose was my fault, but still.
