We have been using 1.12 for a couple weeks now and really love some of the new features it introduces. Unfortunately our CSR staff have been getting frustrated with some things that do not appear to have an easy fix (ex. the 5 minute cache on ticket queue counts is driving them crazy). This is leading us to consider a rollback to the 1.10 branch.
I am wondering if there are any changes that would prevent a smooth rollback from the 1.12 branch to 1.10?
