Been digging in the code for a few weeks now and I can't seem to get hold of the issue, so I'm desperate for some help!
When customers are entering double quotes or multiplication signs in the ticket creation form, they receive a 403 Forbidden error. I can simply replicate this error by typing in " " to the form fields when creating a ticket.

Anyone knows what I can do to fix this?
